Hey there! I’m Dr. Dina Kulik. When I had my first son, Dylan, I was 6 months away from my final exams to become a pediatrician and had learned everything there was to learn about child health.
But he wouldn’t sleep, wouldn’t breastfeed, and was miserable.
I felt like a failure.
Of all people, I should have been a parenting master!
All my friends were turning to me for advice for their little ones, but I had no control over my own life as a mother.
I was exhausted, emotional, and vulnerable. I felt like an imposter, and a failure.
So, I read every book I could get my hands on, about sleep, breast feeding, starting solids and behavioral approaches.
Through my own imperfect experience as a new mom, I learned proven strategies to encourage babies and children to sleep well, eat well, and behave well.
And for the last 10 years, I have coached thousands of families and thrive on seeing my little patients grow up with consistency, predictability and great health.
Their parents feel in control and successful as parents.
