ABOUT PARENT PLAYBOOK
We’re Passionate About Teaching
The Parent Playbook is a membership program for caregivers, focussing on four pillars of parenting: sleep, feeding, behavioural/emotional and health. Our superhero team of child health and parenting experts provide content on these topics, 1:1 coaching and a community where caregivers can share and learn from each other and our experts in a safe space. We take caregivers from a feeling of confusion, to a state of calm, then confident, and finally to feeling in control. You’ve got this!Â
